  Hello my name is George, today I'm gonna tell you a several things about me. My hobby is watching television, reading books that related to our health and tips that can be used in our daily life. It's really useful since you can apply  the tips that is shared in the magazine to help you for ex: in working , we should control our energy to finish every task at a given time, we should make a small note and rewarding our self after we do the task that is given. By doing that we can be more motivated to finish the task give to us on time. I'm also like to go to the gym and do some sport activities in the school to keep me healthy. I'll go to the gym 2 times every week.

 What I do after I go home from the school is taking a bath and eat ,after I eat and take a short break I will start doing the task that is given from the teacher if I have a time.After doing all of those task I'm will watch television or listen to the music,it really helps a lot it makes me to think or get an idea easier it also help me to sleep earlier depend on they types of music that I heard.My favorite singer is David Guetta,Calvin Harris,Wiz Khalifa,Kanye west.Listening to their music really help me in boosting my mood for studying and finishing my task faster.I often drinks coffee too ,it provide us caffeine so I can stay longer in doing a hard task or to study for some test.

 I live in north Jakarta ,and it's quiet far from my school.It takes 35 minutes for me to go to the school when there is no traffic jam ,and it can takes 40 minutes for me to go home from the school if there is no traffic jam.I'm really hate traffic jam ,it can make you stay for a really long time on the way when you want to go home or go to somewhere else.So I'm often to eat in the car and take a review for some test on the car.Rather than wasting a lot of time which is precious we better use it to do something else that is useful.I'm really hope Jakarta can be less crowded and the traffic jam can be reduced.It will help a lot of people,it can reduce their stress and go to some places at the right time.

 I have some tips for you to overcome your stress.You can listen to the music this is the easiest tips that you can apply in your daily life because we don't need to prepare anything, you can also eat dark chocolate it really helps a lot in reducing the stress level and it also good to reduce the risk of getting a heart attack,but some of the people don't like dark chocolate because it's taste more bitter than the ordinary chocolate it can also help you to lose weight easier.You can also reduce stress by drinking green tea since it can stabilize our blood pressure and there is also some vitamins on it so it can make your body healthier.
